PEOARD LICENSE AGREEMENT

By using PEOARD’s services, whether or not you become a client you hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which You acknowledge that You have read and understood. If You do not agree to these terms, You must not use PEOARD’s services or contact PEOARD about these terms if you still want their services.

PEOARD hereby grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use PEOARD’s services, materials, and resources (“Services”) strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is granted solely for the purpose of utilizing the Services as intended by PEOARD and may not be used for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

PEOARD does not make any guarantees regarding your ability to achieve results or earn income from the use of its ideas, information, tools, or strategies. You acknowledge that the Services are provided for educational and informational purposes. PEOARD does not guarantee that you will achieve any specific results or earnings from your use of the Services.

Once a contract is signed, no refunds will be provided, as work begins immediately for the selected services outlined in the signed contract. Financial figures presented within any content or resources provided by PEOARD are purely illustrative and do not represent actual earnings or guarantees of performance. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional, such as an accountant or attorney, before making any decisions related to business or finances. You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and results and agree that PEOARD is not liable for any outcomes arising from your use of its Services.

PEOARD’s corporate office operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST, excluding government-observed holidays. The policies and procedures outlined in this Agreement apply to all products and services sold by PEOARD, whether on this website or any other site owned by PEOARD that links to this Agreement.

All content and software provided by PEOARD, including any features or functionalities associated with PEOARD’s services, are offered “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” PEOARD makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services provided.

In the event that the Services cannot be performed as agreed due to technical issues such as network problems, system malfunctions, or unauthorized access, PEOARD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Services. PEOARD is not liable for any damage to your computer or other devices resulting from downloading or streaming any content related to the Services.

In case of a dispute, PEOARD’s liability will be limited to the amount paid for the Services, excluding any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for and using PEOARD’s Services. You agree to keep your account information updated and accurate. PEOARD reserves the right to store and use this information for the purposes of administering and billing your account, as outlined in the signed contract for the duration of the Agreement.

PEOARD’s Services, including but not limited to products, services, graphics, user interfaces, video and audio content, and software (“PEOARD Content”), are the intellectual property of PEOARD or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. PEOARD grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal and business purposes as described in this Agreement.

You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, or create derivative works based on PEOARD Content without prior written consent from PEOARD. You will not exploit PEOARD’s intellectual property or trademarks in any unauthorized manner.

PEOARD reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate the terms of this Agreement or engage in unauthorized use of PEOARD Content.

You may participate in PEOARD’s private social media groups or communities as part of your use of the Services. By participating in these communities, you agree to adhere to the community guidelines set forth by PEOARD, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Respectful behavior: You agree to keep all communications respectful and professional.
• No unsolicited marketing: You agree not to pitch your products or services to other members.
• No gated content: Content shared in the group should be freely accessible to members, without requiring opt-ins or sign-ups.
• Confidentiality: You agree not to share content from the community outside of the group without explicit permission.

PEOARD reserves the right to remove users from its groups or communities for violating these guidelines, and repeated violations may result in permanent expulsion from the community.

PEOARD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of the Services. PEOARD’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by You for the Services under this Agreement.

PEOARD reserves the right to terminate or suspend this Agreement and your access to its Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, You will immediately cease all use of PEOARD’s intellectual property and services.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which PEOARD operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

By accepting this License Agreement, You acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. If You do not agree to these terms, You must not use the Services provided by PEOARD.
